RS PRO Base Mounted Current Transformer, 33 x 23 mm diameter, 250 A Input, 5 A Output, 250:5
Accurately measure the current of an AC electrical system without disconnecting wires or interrupting power using this RS PRO base mounted current transformer. You'll find it in commercial premises such as power stations, electronics engineering facilities and engineering plants.
Made for speedy installation, you can surface or base mount this split-core transformer and wire it into your circuit in minutes. It comes in a flame retardant enclosure for protection against fire and added peace of mind. The component comes in polycarbonate casing and it has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP20, so it's protected against touch with fingers, as well as dust and objects over 12 mm in size.
