RS PRO Countersink 43 mm x 20.5 mm 1 Piece
Need a strong countersink cutter? You can use this RS PRO countersink with a 7.15 mm hexagonal shank to create a chamfer around the rim of a pilot hole. This enables the head of a countersunk screw to sit flush with the surface of your object. The product also allows you to remove the burr (rough edges or ridges) from your material.
This countersink is made from high-speed steel (HHS) to ensure it's strong and withstands a very high application temperature. It has three flutes that give it a good centring ability, making it effective when you're countersinking holes for centres or enlarging existing holes.
This product has excellent non-slip characteristics when it's held in three-jaw chucks. It also complies with American (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and European (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic discharge (ESD) standards, so you can be sure the risk of electrostatic discharge is minimised.
