Power your alarm system with this cable from RS PRO. It's suitable for embedding in a wall or installing underground, making it more difficult to tamper with your security system. It's also flexible, so it's easy to bend or manipulate through small spaces.

The cable's outer sheath is made of flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC), so you don't need to worry about it catching alight in the event of a fire. A screen placed over the cable's insulated core stops external electrical noise from interfering with its signal, reducing the risk of false alarms. The PVC sheath also prevents the cable from tearing, so it will last for longer.

This product is useful for wiring passive door sensors and motion detectors. You can use it at home or to secure a workplace. As it contains only minimal levels of any harmful materials, the cable is also Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant.
