Choose this three-pole contactor from Siemens for the efficient switching of high-current loads. It has a single-throw, NO (normally open) configuration, and it's also fitted with two auxiliary contacts – one NO and one NC (normally closed) – for use with interlocking circuits or for remote signalling of the main contact switching states. Screw terminals help you make secure electrical connections. The unit is current rated at 50A, voltage rated at 400V AC and power rated at 22kW to offer versatility. This contactor is suitable for applications such as switching motors and transformers.

• Operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C for use in demanding environments

• DIN rail mounting for quick and simple installation

• +/- 180˚ rotation and +/- 22.5˚ tilt are possible on a vertical mounting surface to give you flexibility of design

What's the difference between a contactor and a relay?
