PerfTrak measures the performance of your machines, workshops and factories, in real time, from anywhere in the world.


1 month of license offered.

By following the exact time of operation / shutdown and capitalizing on the information provided by the operators, this solution will allow you to understand the performance losses, find their root causes and improve continuously.

The solution is delivered turnkey, easy to install, externally and non-invasive (no connection to IT systems) and is configurable by yourself in a few hours.

No obsolescence of software with frequent updates and remotely. Online support and online training are available.

Each PerfTrak solution consists of an electronic module that retrieves machine operation and performance information from sensors or PLC outputs.
This module then transmits the production information in real time by Bluetooth to a tablet, on which operators indicate the origin of each stop or drop of a machine.
Finally, this information is returned via the Internet (WiFi, 3G / 4G) on a supervision site. Your data is secure and encrypted (SSL).
The interface of the site is intuitive and easy to use. All information collected is visually restored and provides managers and field teams with simple tools to visualize and consolidate machine performance information. This product requires a license to operate (£169 by year). 1 month of license offered.
