AD5700 Low Power HART® Modem
The AD5700 is a Low Power HART® FSK half-duplex Modem, complying with the HART® physical layer requirements
The AD5700-1 is a Low Power HART® Modem with Precision Internal Oscillator
Iintegrates all of the necessary filtering, signal detection, modulating, demodulating and signal generation functions
Requires few external components
The maximum supply current consumption of 115μA
Transmit waveforms are phase continuous 1200Hz and 2200Hz sinusoids
Contains accurate carrier detect circuitry and uses a standard UART interface
Small 4 x 4 mm package housing

HART Modem Communications
A range of devices which conform to the HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) industrial communications protocol. HART communications frequently utilize 4-20mA networks and are widely used in Automation and Control applications. The HART standard provides for both point-to-point (analogue or digital) and multi-drop (digital only) modes of operation, the latter using a fixed loop current of 4mA.
