The Silicon Labs wireless radio board plugs into the mainboard provided with the EFR32BG module starter kit. The modular design supports different radio boards, enabling developers to develop bluetooth low-energy applications. With the supporting simplicity studio suite of tools, developers can take advantage of graphical wireless application development

and visual energy profiling and optimization. This radio board cannot be used stand-alone and requires a wireless mainboard which can be purchased separately.
