Expand 2 click mikroBUS™


EXPAND 2 click is a mikroBUS add-on board for extending the number of Input/Output ports. It features the Microchip MCP23017, a 16-bit I/O Expander with high-speed I²C serial interface. Three jumpers allow you to configure the board hardware binary address. Up to eight EXPAND 2 click boards can be connect on the same bus interface.

16 GPIO divided into two 8-bit register ports (PA and PB)

3.3 V or 5 V power supply on mikroBUS socket
