Souriau Clipper Backshell
The Souriau clipper backshell is a circular plastic anti-decoupling connector with a shell size of 4 and comes with an adaptor ring which fits between the connector and back fitting, cable clamp. It has a monobloc shell and insulator in a thermoplastic material and copper alloy contacts. It has a retention plate system that allows insertion/extraction of the contacts without the need for tooling.
Clipper Series
Plastic industrial connectors, which provide sealing to IP67. The system offers connector shells with a retention plate system, allowing easy insertion/extraction of the crimp contacts without tooling. Contacts are to be purchased separately. The cable mount sockets can accept straight cable clamps, conduit adaptors or sealing glands giving great flexibility in usage. For added safety, the connectors are designed to be scoop proof. They can be coupled and uncoupled without the risk of damaging contacts, even if blind mating is necessary. High-density formats are available
