Use these external circlips as a substitute for bulky fastener assemblies. They're conveniently space-saving and fit comfortably around shaft or bore components. These handy circlips are made from semi-flexible stainless-steel, allowing for quick and easy installation and removal, while also offering a high level of durability.

The circlips are compatible with 12 mm shafts and 11.5 mm groove diameters. Insert the tips into an RS PRO external circlips plier and squeeze the handles to open the ends. Complete the installation by fitting the circlips over the shaft groove.

As part of our trusted RS PRO range, the circlips have undergone stringent testing for quality and reliability. They're designed to conform to dimensions specified in DIN 471 (BSC SF 14) and BS3673 standards. You'll find them used to replace parts from threaded sleeves, rivets and cotter pins to set collars and nuts.
