The Infineon TLE9564QX is a multifunctional system IC with integrated power supply, communication interfaces, multiple half-bridges and support features in an exposed pad PG-VQFN-48 power package. The device is designed for various motor control automotive applications. To support these applications, the BLDC Motor System IC provides the main functions, such as a 5V low dropout voltage regulator, one LIN transceiver, three half-bridges for BDLC motor control, one current sense amplifier and one 32 bit serial peripheral interface (SPI).

Periodic cyclic sense and cyclic wake in normal mode, stop mode and sleep mode
Reset and interrupt output
Drain-source monitoring and open-load detection
Configurable time-out and window watchdog
