It's simple to fit, as you just need to mount the cam lock onto the front of your door to create a secure locking system. You can use it in damp and dirty environments too, because it's IP54 (International Protection) rated for protection against dust and water splashes.
This component works with a double-bit key, which is available separately. The lock has a cylinder body and a flat rotating arm that can be installed onto panels up to 26 mm in thickness. This means it's suited to thinner doors such as those found on electrical cabinets, lockers and furniture.
