This cable rod draw wire from the reliable RS PRO range can be used to thread cable through conduits or trunking. It's especially suitable for use with complex conduit runs.

The draw wire, also known as a wireman's fish tape, is constructed from spring steel wire wound around a reinforced inner cable, giving it strength and durability. It's fitted with a brass eyelet at either end to hold the cable you are routing. The draw wire's round shape enables it to flex easily in any direction. It comes in lengths of 20 metres.

This draw wire is part of the stringently tested RS PRO range, so you can be sure of a quality product. It conforms to the standards ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007, meaning it won't damage equipment through electrostatic discharge.
