The strong brass body is nickel-plated to increase strength and provide resistance to corrosion, while the strong, ozone-resistant synthetic rubber seals add to the durability. An IP68 (ingress protection) rating means the unit is dust-tight and temporarily submersible in water, helping to safeguard connections between cables and enclosures. Thanks to a wide operating temperature range between -30°C and +80°C, you can safely use this gland in harsh industrial conditions.
