The Infineon EasyBRIDGE 1 1200 V, 50 A diode bridge module with the latest TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 chip generation, Brake Chopper and NTC with pre-applied TIM and solder pins. The DDB6U50N16W1RP offers a great choice \ and flexibility for the customer. It has 1600 V rectifier Diodes, chopper - IGBT and diode are based on latest micro-pattern trenches technology. It is optimized for drive applications and the complete portfolio is within 12 mm height.
