To lock this bearing insert to a shaft, slip it onto the shaft and insert two M6x0.75 set screws into the inner ring of the bearing. Tighten to the shaft using a hexagonal key. It has a recommended tightening torque of 35.403 lbf-in for a secure fit. This will help keep it steady under vibrations or on a constantly rotating shaft.
