Overview


The IDM mobile handheld scanners reliably detect 1D and 2D codes, including stacked codes such as PDF417. Standard or very rugged variants with an enclosure rating of IP65 are available to suit the application and ambient conditions. Light, ergonomically shaped housing as well as read confirmation by LED, beeper and vibration ensure easy and intuitive operation. Cable and wireless variants ensure flexibility and mobility.

The connection modules from SICK are especially suitable for integrating the device into industrial fieldbuses such as PROFIBUS or PROFINET. The combination of reliable code reading, rugged design, and SICK connectivity enables them to be used in a variety of industrial applications.
