RS PRO Steel Galvanised Adaptable Box, 5 Knockouts 100 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm


If you need to enclose a junction, extend a circuit or terminate a cable, this adaptable box from RS PRO offers a durable and easily installed solution. The box has five knockouts, with three on one face and two on another face at a right angle to the first. It's made from galvanised steel for corrosion resistance. The lid is held on by four M5 x 8mm mushroom head screws.

As part of the stringently tested RS PRO range, the box has been stringently tested by leading engineers. It conforms to BS4568 as a safe and effective steel fitting, as well as ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards.

It's also RoHS compliant, meaning it contains only minimal levels of hazardous substances. Adaptable boxes of this kind are used to protect connections in wiring found in both residential and commercial premises.
