This RS PRO flap disc is an effective solution if you need to shape, finish, or blend your metal surfaces. When you mount in on your angle grinder or similar power tool, it can support speeds of up to 12,250 rpm (revolutions per minute) safely, offering high-intensity abrasion to remove burs, rust and other imperfections.

Made from a strong zirconium dioxide material, the disc's structure means that it will self-sharpen as it grinds. This means that you can use it for a long time without needing to replace it. The disc also has a fibreglass backplate which is designed to improve sturdiness by absorbing vibrations. It's very lightweight, making your equipment more portable and agile.

This product works with high-grade and stainless steel as well as a range of other demanding materials for coarse and medium-duty applications. Use it for machining, welding and industrial maintenance.
