RS PRO Straight Angle TNC Connector Bulkhead Jack


A straight angle bulkhead mount TNC connector designed for use with coaxial cable to enable the smooth transmission of radio-frequency signals (RF). As a TNC connector the RS PRO Connector jack features a threaded screw-fit connection for a secure hold and protection against vibration and electromagnetic interference.

The RS PRO TNC coax connector features a 4 GHz frequency range and includes PTFE insulation and gold-plated Brass contacts for maximum repeated efficiency and excellent wear resistance.

Although similar in design to the BNC connector type the TNC coaxial connectors are often used in applications that operate in areas that face vibration where the BNC bayonet connection is not suitable. TNC coax connectors deliver higher performance levels when using Microwave frequencies and are often used in portable radios, radar systems, broadcasting and mobile phone antennas.
