This heavy-duty connector housing from the RS PRO range is designed to protect your industrial plug and keep the contacts operating efficiently. It's robust and corrosion-resistant thanks to the zinc die-cast metal construction.

The wire entry point located at the top of the unit is easy to reach. There are also metal locking levers to keep the hood in place when in use. The component has an IP44 (ingress protection) rating. This means it's protected in all directions from water splashes as well as damage caused by screws, wires and nails larger than 1 mm.
